We are a Sage 50 Quantum user. I customized an invoice and packing slip using SAGE 50 form from my computer using the Sample Company. I emailed the two files; Inv.sfm and PS.sfm to our administrator so that we could set up the invoice and packing slip from her invoicing computer. The Packing Slip comes out beautifully but the invoice does not. I used the exact same method for setting up the invoice and the packing slip, so why did one work and the other not in our live company and both work perfectly in the sample company? I even sent the invoice .sfm file again in case it got corrupted during the emailing.

The insert below shows; the top half is the invoice and the bottom half is the packing slip.

Does anyone have any idea as to what could be happening and how to fix this?
