Cannot create a new company with Sage 50

I just purchased Sage 50, downloaded the software, signed up for Office 365 successfully however when I try to create a new company the software indicates it is encountering an issue creating the new database. Any advice?

Can you give us the exact error message and the location you are trying to create the file?

Are you able to open a sample company or does that fail also ?
