The enhancements I'd like to see

1) Multiperiod reports -- $ and unit sales by item, sales by customer

2) Correct (i.e. Canadian not US) posting for credit card charges

3) Allow lookup of inventory and service items separately when creating an invoice

4) Remember and use last inventory lookup criterion i.e. number or description

5) Allow cc's when emailing a document (e.g. invoice)

6) Allow customer statement onscreen, rather than only print or email.

Anyone have any comments, or more to add?

    I would add to 6 to be able to modify what shows up in the statement... we have consultants that use the same client so we bill the client but we need to send a list of outstanding invoices to the consultants the only work around that is to email the statement to myself, print it, black out all the invoices that pertains to the other consultants, rescan and email to client. this looks really sloppy and takes a long time, i wish i could open the statement in EXCEL then do all the modifications i need

    7) in the receipt screen, i would like to have the option to sort the invoices by number not date as i have to go through hundreds of invoices to find the only one the client decided to pay.. i can go through the list a few times to find out where that invoice is.

    LaChapa, I would send the Customer A/R Aged Detail report to Excel and delete what you don't need.  Then just send that to the consultant.  Run it with the days option at the bottom of zero and you will only see unpaid invoices to export.
