If it opens with no trouble then the new program is installed properly. Next you will have to look at your data. Open the file in Simply Accounting Pro 2012 Release E and check to be sure there are no two accounts sharing the same name. This can be in the Chart of Accounts, Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable. If you make any changes then try the conversion again. If after checking all three areas the conversion still will not finish properly then call Sage Support. This is a conversion problem and they should be able to help.
