Update

Is anyone else having an issue with the new product update 2015.0? It says it's downloading in the background and once it's done it will prompt me to install it once I close Sage 50. I closed and nothing.....I opened up again and went to the product update and it says the same. Does it take a really long time to download? This was first thing this morning I clicked download.

    Close Sage 50 and go to

    C:\Users\Public\Documents\Sage Software\Simply Accounting\Download

    and look for the file SA_20150CP1.exe and use it to install.

    Available since Oct 6/14.  If you have not been prompted to install, then select Settings, User Preferences and at the bottom, turn on the Automatic updates.

    Close the file, open the file wait 10-15 minutes, close the file.  If you are prompted, then you can select Install Later and go to the above path and install if you are interested to do it now (backup your file(s) first).  If you are not prompted, close the file, open the file and wait 10-15 minutes, then close again (or check the path above for the file being downloaded).  It might be available on the website for download by now but I haven't checked.

    It did finally download yesterday, my only other issue was that when I went to open Sage this morning it told me that I couldn't because it was saved to a different format. I was panicking but eventually figured it out so all is good. Thank you!
