Where to Locate the Latest Sage Product Updates and Downloads

Our knowledgebase resources and downloads are found at https://support.na.sage.com

How to login:

You may log in directly at the link above to access your product downloads using your existing Sage Customer or Sage Partner portal login credentials (don't know them? See the below section on Links & How to Sign Up).

 The above site can be accessed from the Sage Customer and Partner portals.

Logged in and looking for downloads and updates?

Once logged onto the Sage Knowledgebase see the top right hand side of the screen for the My downloads section, there you can select Sage 50 - Canadian Edition.

Note*: If you have multiple service plans and products with us then you'll  have a list similar to the one in the image below. Most plans should enable access to downloads and to support resources, however, for some products we do offer consultant 'FEE' plans with only access to Chat and support resources.

After selecting your Sage product line you'll be greeted with a page for latest full product downloads and or updates. Make a mental note of this page, as it has links to chat support; as well as to, registration, activation, installation, Sage University and Sage City resources.

The most common downloads will be listed as in the screenshot below.

As per Sage's Obsolescence policy, we support and keep downloads for the current year software version plus one version back. Most older downloads will no longer be accessible as we cannot guarantee data security and bug fixes for issues caused by updated software and operating system updates.

Language Note*: For the time being, the portal websites are not available in French. Should you need Sage 50 product resources in French, please contact our customer service department at 1-888-222-8985.

  • Note that we do have an alternate site where to look up French language support articles. See Comment Utiliser La Base de Connaissance en Français.
  • You can login or sign up by going to the top right side of the site. Once logged in, you'll be able to view downloads and resources for the Sage product lines tied to your customer account ID (400xxxxxxx).
  • Any issues can be reported to the email Customer.Portal@sage.com.

How to access Activation Codes and the Knowledgebase from the Customer Portal:

  • Logging onto the Sage Customer portal will also get you to the Knowledgebase where you can find program resources and downloads. 
  •  See the left hand side of the top ribbon for the Section Activation Codes. You may also manage cases online.
  •  Once logged in go to the top ribbon KB and Downloads section, from the dropdown select Sage Knowledgebase.

Are you a partner?

Partners or Sage Accountants Network members can access the Sage Knowledgebase for downloads and articles from the Sage Partner Portal.

  • To sign up: Call us at 1-877-828-6372 or email Partner.Portal@sage.com providing us with your name, email and your Account ID.

When logged in, please click on Knowlegebase > Sage Knowledgebase within the Detailed Navigation menu on the left hand side of the page.

Depending on your Sage software and on the activity of your Sage Business Care Plan, access to certain support related articles can be limited. If you find that you're missing access please call our portal support team at 1-877-828-6372 Opt.1 and or email Customer.Portal@sage.com or Partner.Portal@sage.com.
