I would like to know how I can use the Sage Capture to take an image. Are there instructions that one can access?

Hi RandyW. We have a knowledgebase article, #85135 that has updated files for the import utility avaialble now. We are still working on a fix for the recurring transaction error message.

The component update was for the integration of Office 365 which is multi-user capable. That integration offers the features of Sage Sage Contacts, which allows you to sync your customer and vendor contacts to your Outlook account on any device so you can access information such as the last 5 sales or purchase transactions, payments, balances, and contact information. Online backup is another feature available with this integration.

2017.2 introduced 2 new features for additional functionality which are both also multi-user. The first being Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud, which allows you to access financial reporting from any device where Office 365 is installed. The second is Sage Capture that allows you to take an image of things such as expenses for your accounting software.

I tried installing the update, since we have 12 users online all day we can't make use of any of the integration as it isn't multi-user capable.   We were hoping it might have a fix for the recurring transaction dialog box crashing, and others had mentioned an issue with the import utility not working at all after updating from the 2017.1 release.

Do you have a timeline on fixes for these other issues?
