Client cannot view detail in general ledger accounts

I have client who cannot see any activty on her general ledger accounts from the general journal screen or from financial statements.  She is on 2007 Premium.  Anyone have any ideas?

  • Does she have the same problem in the sample company?  If there are other users, do they have the same problem?  Any error messages?

    The client had the same problem wiht the sample data as well.  I uninstalled and reinstalled, cured the problem.  She told me they had an IT guy take Peachtree off the server and load onto her single user PC when they moved their office.  I believe I know the cause of the problem.
