Printing Issue 1099

Has anyone run into a printing issue with the 2014 1099.

We installed the 2014 Sage 500 ERP 1099 2014 update, and all installed fine - but when we go to align the 1099 - we get this

PrintReportNow - 2147483135

Invalid Printer specified

apzrq001 (815E490F-11B7-4EDC-B520-E4A32134d5BC).rpt


Other crystal reports work just fine.

Also - I can open the report in crystal and preview and get the x's.....

Any advice to solve this please let me know

    We had the same problem and I found article ID:56220 on the Sage Knowledgebase that addresses this issue.

    In our case the saved setting for printing 1099s contained an invalid printer that had been removed from the network. Deleting the saved setting and recreating the print options worked for us.
