If you encounter the following message:

"The current transaction cannot be committed and cannot support operations that write to the log file. Roll back the transaction.
Sql Exception caught in Procedure:  spGetNextSurrogateKeyNewConnCLR ErrMsg: A .NET Framework error occurred during execution of user-defined routine or aggregate"spGetNextSurrogateKeyNewConnCLR";  System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for ; System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection' threw an exception. System.TypeInitializationException: The type initializer for System.Data.SqlCilent.SqlConnectionFactory threw an exception System.Typ
The statement has been terminated."

while saving a record in the Set Up Warehouse (or other task) , please review the information in knowledgebase article 105-1006272 "The current transaction cannot be committed and cannot support operations that write to the log file..." in the Sage 500 ERP knowledgebase. The article describes a specific condition that causes the error message and a couple of workarounds.
