BTO kits on Sales Orders Distribution Failing

Current versions: Sage 500 ERP 2014 January 2014 Update (Version 7.60.1.0)

Issue:

If the last item on a sales order is a BTO kit item and the user clicks finish (rather then moving to a new line) the kit distribution will fail at picking(Q status), shipping and invoicing. The easy fix is to go back into the sales order and add the bto item line as a new line and press enter/tab until you get the next line, then delete the old bto line off the order. Upon line completion spsoLineCheck runs items get a tsoSOLineDist record and validation occurs however because it is the last item on the order the users is clicking finish without tabbing through all the fields and nothing is run when you click finish.

Question:

Anyone else experiencing this? I was unsure if I enabled "Commit Inventory at SO Line Entry" if this might correct t this problem. Do you have a solution?

Anyone have a number for Sage Support as well? I cannot seem to find the correct number anywhere anymore.
