Credit card processing payments locked

SOLVED

We are trying to settle our credit card batch, but whenever the AR person tries to do that, she is getting a screen that the Payments are locked. She is the only one here at this point. Any advice? Nothing has changed since the last time she did a batch. Sage ERP MAS 500 December 2011 Update (Version 7.40.2.0)

    Another customer reported this over the Thanksgiving weekend. I recommend we create a support ticket and I can look into it. If it is a defect or a processing issue with SPS; this will be a no-charge ticket.

    Spoke to the customer. There is a Sage form presented with the title 'Locked Payments' This may have been caused by multiple users attempting to run the settle credit cards task simultaneously with overlapping filter criteria.
