Sage Closing Intermittently When Using Modules

When logging into Sage, it takes several attempts to click on a module in My Tasks, closes intermittently. Is this a software issue or computer issue?

I've noticed this do but have never been able to duplicate. Usually a reboot or a reinstall fixes the problem.
