Hi Stephen,
There is an option in Setup AP Options you can use to capture audit activity in AP. On the Set Up AP Options screen, look at the Data Retention tab and look at the Maintenance Audit area on the right side of the screen. Right click over the Additions, Changes, or Deletions dropdown and select "Whats This" for more detail about this option.
