Sage 500 Version 2014

Hello,

We recently upgraded to Sage 500 version 2014. Two of us continue to get a message every time we logon to our workstation - before opening Sage 500.Pop-up message comes up "Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?" Program Name - Sage.NA.AT_AU.systray.

How can we eliminate this message? Two of us get this message and two of us don't. Not sure what setting needs to be changed. I'm not IT person.

    Have you said yes to the question? If you said no, I'm guessing it will keep asking.

    If you do not want the automatic update on your system you should remove it using Control Panel's Programs and Features. Typically Sage 500's Auto Update should only be installed on an administrator's machine for coordination of distribution of updates to others.
