Trying to create a new Service Code on Accpac

Hello,

I am trying to create a new Service Code (service agreement) but I am not sure where to enter in the actual length of the service agreement so that the amount paid for the agreement is amortized correctly over the length of the contract. I am able to create a Service Code (under "Service Manager/VM Setup/VM General/Services"), I am just not sure where to enter in the length of the agreement.

Any help would be much appreciated.

There is a lot to discuss in that query so it may be best if you contact our office directly at [email protected] and we will gladly provide you with all the info you need to setup Customer Agreements and their recurring billing including the Amortization of that revenue.
