For all Sage 300 Payroll Customers, Canadian Payroll Product Update January 31, 2016 (7.2D) is now available. It includes improvements that allow you to set up taxable advances and produce T4A forms (printed or electronic).

Important information

As of January 1, 2016, Sage 300 Payroll 7.2 is the only supported version of payroll. Tax updates are not available for earlier versions of Payroll.
If you have not upgraded to version 7.2, you must upgrade to continue receiving tax and product updates for Payroll.

To download the update from the Sage Knowledgebase:

1. Log in to the Sage Knowledgebase as follows: 

a. Go to https://support.na.sage.com.
b. Click Log on in the upper right corner of the page.
c. Enter your Customer Portal Username and Password.
d. Click Log on.
