FR View

Good day,

I have a problem with my FRView and I am desperate for help.

FRView does not function properly on one of my Servers. The specifications are:

Server 2012 R2

8 Virtual CPUs

16GB RAM

200GB virtual HDD

When an FRView report is run, I do not have drill down on all my lines. Only some of them. I have another server where it works perfectly but I cannot tell what the difference is on the server where it works and the server where it doesn't.

I have checked application for application and can confirm that both servers, version for version have the same:

Adobe Flash Player 11 Active X

Microsoft Office 2013

Microsoft Visual C++ 2005

Norming Asset Manager

Peresoft Products for Sage 300 ERP

Sage 300 ERP .Net Libraries (6.1.2)

Sage 300 ERP 2012

Technisoft Service Manager.

The most prominent difference is that the server where it works, has both Sage 300 ERP .Net Libraries (6.1) AND Sage 300 ERP .Net Libraries (6.1.2) on it. Could this be the issue?

Can anyone help me diagnose the problem? Our Sage partner says they have never encountered and error where FRView does what it does for us.

I will greatly appreciate any help.

    I would be inclined to reinstall Sage (try a "repair" install at first), reinstall any product updates, and rerun regacc. (Not that regacc has anything to do with your issue.) You may even want to consider reinstalling Excel.

    If it is the same install media as was used on the other server, I can't see why it would install different versions of the .Net Libraries.
