Trend Antivirus/Firewall and Sage 300 2017

It seems that Trend antivirus is giving me lot of headache at the moment. cannot see the server .

On 2 sites over the weekend very similar issues.

Site 1.  server 2012 , MSSQL2016, TREND Antivirus, Windows 10 workstations

no users can run Sage as the icon point to "invalid link" , ping server no issue, browse to server can not see server. We checked windows firewall with same result. Disable Trend same result. Uninstall Trend and we can see and work on Sage no issue. therefore TREND the culprit

Site 2. server 2012 , MSSQL2016, TREND Antivirus, Windows 10 workstations

4 workstations setup a couple weeks ago without issue and still working. Trying to set up new workstations cannot discover server, cannot browse to server.

How can i resolve as the clients insists on running TREND antivirus and Firewall
