We have this with a couple of clients on 2104 too.  Seems intermittent and on various emailed documents (PO order, AR statement, etc.).  No resolution so far for us so not much help for you, sorry.  I'm hoping more voices might help resolve.

We have this with some clients too - not just with AR statements, but emailing invoices. We've had Sage support look into it but no solution so far.

We have a test build of the a4wcrinterop.dll that we recently passed to some customers to try. So far it's been working well to those who have tried it. If you are interested, let me know and for what version you need it for. I will email you a link to the download.
