Not in Order Entry. You can however consider using Wireless Merchant and have your sales people  enter the orders and invoices from a device like a cell phone or tablet.  That way they would only see their orders and invoices. They would also be able to enter their sales from where ever they are located.

You can use Norming Sales Security to achieve this.
