Order entry qty on SHIPPED TO DATE doesn't match the qty for multiple shipments

I have an order with 20 on original order, and we shipped 4, 7 and 9 on three shipments. However, when we look at the order entry, the Shipped to Date is only showing 4.

I have back check some other multiple shipments, and we have the same issue that the Shipped to Date is not showing all the qty shipped.

Anybody has an idea of what is happening here.

They were not shipped against the same order?

They were shipped against the same order. When I check the shipment, they all have the same order number. And even on the order entry, I can drill down to get all the shipments from the Shipped to Date. Just the qty showing is not correct.

Unfortunately they are using 5.4 version, I cannot get support from Tech support.
