Shipped orders don't print order confirmations.

Back to this issue again.  I was working on a method to import orders and now discover that after importing an order I cannot print the confirmation.  The items have not been shipped.   Even if I go to OE forms and try to reprint a previously printed OE confirmation it still comes up blank (in preview mode).    

When you import the orders, what is the status of the "completed" field in the detail and header records?

Also, what is the status of the imported order - Active, Quote, Future, Standing?  Is there at least one non-zero quantity in the QTYOrdered and Qtybackorder fields? Do the detail records have Expected Ship Dates on the detail lines?

The status in header shows: Order confirmation printed.  On the detail lines it says "No" in the Completed field.  If I look at the order listing the status is Incomplete/Not Included.

The status of the orders are "Active".

The orders have a positive amount in the quantity Ordered fields.

Yes, the detail records have an expected ship date on the detail lines.  But even if I remove it I still can't get them to print.

double check to make sure it's not on hold? also makes sure that you have the "print confirmations that were previously printed" checked.

I know it seems basic, but sometimes it gets missed

You get a blank preview screen if an order is already invoiced. Does you import template include invoice related fields?

Well it looks like it has something to do with a customization I made to the OE Confirmation report.  I switched back to the original one and it prints just fine.   I didn't do much to the report to customize it but apparently it was enough to break it.   Thanks for your help everyone.
