We, together with our service provider, have created a routine to do this.  It creates an advice from payroll (both US and Canadian) & emails it to the employee with password security.  Let me knwo if you would like contact information for the service provider.

Printboss would be the quickest and painless option for sending at time of processing - however, if you have a requirement or desire to send after-the-fact, we developed a custom process to accomplish this.  We used an awesomely inexpensive and powerful tool called Visual Cut by Milletsoft.  The tool can also be used to burst / email pdfs, etc.
