I've been using it for a week now on sample and clients' data. No problems so far. Which area is slow? If UIs are slow to load, try sample data (with no 3rd party apps activated) in case the issue is from a 3rd party app. I assume the environment didn't change?

I re-installed the system manager and it seemed to correct the problem until another user logged in through a wireless connection (that I tried to convince him to connect to a wired connection).  For some reason that seemed to slow down the main computer again.  Thanks for commenting.
