No. And FWIW, that's a very strange business requirement.

we want to be able to control posting but want people to be able to review there work.  we have many entities(35) that are worked on by different people,  allowing provisional posting would let them prepare entries for that entity run a provisionals trial balance before it is submitted for review.

Use UI customizations to remove the buttons from the batch list screen.

Remove the Post button from the GL Batch list for the user(s)

Not familiar with UI customizations.  Is it easy to use/teach myself?
