What software are you using?  This does not sound like normal MAS 500 installation.

We are using Sage Accpac 500 ERP (Version 5.6A) (Build 52) (Product Update 2)

I believe the Accpac line now carries the title of Sage 300.

I am not sure how that is relevant.  It may have changed it's name but the software we have installed still shows as Sage Accpac 500 ERP (Version 5.6A) (Build 52) (Product Update 2)

The relevance is that in this forum you will find Sage 500 users, which was formerly know as MAS 500, so the audience in this forum will be far less likely to be able to help you.  Sorry for the confusion.
