ERROR: "Desktop Has Stopped Working" while starting Sage 300 ERP 2017

My Server found an ERROR when i run Sage 300 ERP 2017:

ERROR: "Desktop Has Stopped Working"

at Sage 300 ERP 2017. Any solutions for this.

Here is the screenshots:

i user Windows Server 2012R2

Microsoft SQL 2014

this is production server. there are no installed PU.
here is the product installed :
1. Sage 300 ERP 2017
2. Peresoft Cashbook for Sage 300 ERP 2017
3. Norming Asset Management 2016
