For me PU0 and PU2 work. Perhaps you need to rename the _C.ism files?

Thanks Django. We have already renamed and removed them altogether. They revert to default as expected but then the behaviour returns.

Looks like it might be us but it's not happened before in 17 years so a bit baffled where we are missing something.

we have that same thing but we are on 2014 PU3. you can add more columns but you can't use those columns as a criteria in the drop down selection.

For my test I opened the AR Customer finder, added Inactive Date and found it on the drop down right afterwards.

How many fields are being displayed in the drop down? Perhaps that is where the limitation resides?

maybe. I never looked into it very hard, I just remember trying to add a few things before and could see them in the grid yet not in the list. I found other work arounds for the tasks we were doing so I didn't dig further.

I've checked finders in IC, OE, AP and AR and they all work OK. I even added optional fields in some cases. 2017 PU1 with Sample Data logged in as ADMIN
