I'd be tempted to have you look at PrintBoss from Wellspring. It typically is used to print checks on blank check stock but it can do way more than that - including having superior email delivery options. It can read the email address right off of the document. So if you can get the email address on to the form then PrintBoss can take care of the rest. PrintBoss is treated like a printer in windows so you just print to the PrintBoss printer - nothing out of the ordinary for users to do.

If you need multiple email addresses for a single customer record then you could look using special coding of ship-to addresses or use multiple customer optional fields - one for each email type/address. Then you can modify your forms to pull in the email address from the customer's configuration. Each form can have it's own logic for determining the email address.

Thanks, we do have PrintBoss for check printing and I was aware of some functionality of e-mail with Printboss...I will look into further as an interim fix.

There is a product called Key Communications from Pacific Technology:
- Can send emails to individual persons by the various forms (IE: AR Invoice / AR Receipt/ AR Statement / OE Invoice and credit note / OE order confirmation / OE quote / P remit / PO order)
- You can have multiple email addresses per form
- The form sent is stored on the system as a PDF that you can view and resend if required.
- You can also bulk send forms on a daily, weekly basis. The system tracks the last number that was sent in the bulk emails.
