I'm updating from Sage 300 ERP 2014 (300 Premium ERP) (Build 5) (Product Update 5) to Sage 300 ERP 2017 PU2.

In data activation, I get the following error when I try to activate any modules:

"Incorrect procedure. You cannot upgrade from a later tax version to an earlier tax version. You must convert your database to a 7.3 tax version that matches or comes after 7.2F - product update 2.
Source: 16:56:40 - US PR Tax Update March 31, 2017 7.3B"

In version 2014 I have active US Payroll 7.2A (Product Update 10) and US PR Tax Update March 31, 2017 7.2F (Product Update 2).

I upgraded to Sage 300 ERP 2017 PU2 with US Payroll 7.3 and US PR Tax Update March 31, 2017 7.3B, which is the latest version available. Everything in the upgrade went fine, I only get the error during data activation.

The installation is on a domain environment with Windows Server 2012 R2 and SQL Server 2016. All the workstations are on Windows 10. I restored the Sage 300 ERP 2014 version and everything is working fine.
