2017.2 300c sage intelligence help

Am using Chrome, Win 10, Sage 300 Premium, 300c.  Trying to get into Sage Intelligence as Admin from the browser and getting message "Not Authorized".  We have activated licenses for Report Manager, Analysis & Connector.  Intelligence works correctly from the classic desktop.

What am I missing in my setup?

    Hi Bill,

    Have you checked that the relevant ports are open and accepting inbound and outbound traffic?
    I've seen issues were the ports are open however you might be unable to telnet into the machine as there is something blocking communication

    Also, you could try to download and install HTTPDebugger on your machine, when you run this application and try to log in to Sage intelligence this will pick up exactly where the authorization is failing, and also give you a brief description on where this error is, your IT department can look at this and maybe would know hwats blocking traffic and with this info you can log a call with Sage 300 support and if escalated, a developer would look at your HTTPDebug findings and know exactly where to start resolving your issue, resulting in a quicker resolution time.
