There is no hotfix for customer number changer. Have you tried reinstalling?

Unfortunately, it happens on multiple pc's.  I ran the number changer Tuesday evening and changed 62 accounts with no errors.  It's not a permissions issue, we have already added 77 entries since yesterday with only the one account number causing the error message.  Thanks for your answer...

That's what I thought also.  I got around the problem, for now, by typing in part of the number and then using the drop down arrow to scroll to the number.  That worked.

Number changer cannot find the typed-in account number but can scroll to it and then use it in a combination.  Smells like a BUG.

Smells like dirty data to me. Are there some strange characters in the customer code? Something like an apostrophe or other accent character.

customer number that causes the message is "W01013651".  One W and 8 numbers.  Nothing special.  If you type W01013 in the drop down box and then press the arrow you can scroll to the number, select it and then post the changes without any errors.

I guess I have to report it to Tech Support, although being v60, I have little hope of a patch.
