I'm Patrick Roberts, your new Sage 300 Community Blog Manager. You could call me the new kid on the block - I've been with Sage a little over a month.

I joined Sage because I believe in the products, the company's philosophy, and our approach toward helping our customers. I've spent the better part of my career focusing my efforts on making the customer's experience as smooth as possible through proactive messaging, effective help content, and blog/community posts and love that I'm now working in Sage City. It's a pretty amazing one-stop resource shop for customers looking to learn about, or troubleshoot difficulties with, our products. I call it my (virtual) home.
