Error 65 window element does not exist or already exists

I am trying to locate the cause of the following error that just one user is receiving daily,

Error Info 65

SY_MemoHandler_UI.pvc (00725)

Module S/O

Window element does nmot exist or already exists

This error occurs with in SO entry - line detail - when a line item is selected it may show up then or when the job ops is launched to look at the details of the work ticket. The employees Sage then freezes up and I have to end the session within the task manager.

Has anyone experienced this?????

  • Need to try and isolate the issue.  For example, is it computer-related, user-related, etc.?  Therefore:

     - What happens if that user logs into MAS 90/200 on a different computer?

     - What happens if a different user logs into MAS 90/200 on the computer having the issue?

  • This issue is isolated to just one user and only on her PC

I have not had this happen on any other users or when this user is signed into any other PC (yet)

    Thank you

  • So if another user logs into MAS 90/200 on her computer, the error doesn't occur?

  • Generally - no one signs onto her PC - her PC has been in place for over a year now - I took my 4.4 update around May. This error has happened 3 days in a row - I reset her SO panel thinking that may resolve the issue and it has not happened now for 2 days?

  • I would definitely try having another user log into MAS on her computer to see what happens.  If get the error, then the issue would appear to be specific to that computer.  If no error, then the issue would appear to be specific to that particular user logon on that computer.  Maybe re-running the Workstation Setup will help?  Or maybe create a new MAS logon for her?

  • 99% of the time resetting the panel fixes Error 65s for me.

  • Agreed, Brian.  But if the user logs into MAS on another computer, the issue doesn't occur.  And don't the screen customizations follow the user logon?

  • Not sure how that works.

Even if user logon settings follow the user, what happens if computer A has a different screen resolution than Computer B?
