Paperless Office error

Does anyone know what causes the following error when creating PDFs in Paperless Office?

The error window's title is "pvxwin32".

"External Exception C015000F"

Greetings,

I found a reference to this error on PER 110266 which should be available on the Knowledgebase. This was corrected on

PU 3.

The solution was reinstalling the wks update.

Someone reinstalled the workstation but failed to run the update also.

I'm having this issue in 4.3.0.19. Hope to have a resolution soon - have a case open with Sage.

Running WksUpdate 200.exe did not resolve the error in our case. But then I noticed in Add/Remove Programs that we had two workstation setups. When we removed both of them and started over with a fresh installation, it cleared the error.
