Running MAS90 4.4.0.5, new problem as of yesterday.

When you hit # to request a new PO number, you get a pop up error "AP_VendorPDFLog does not have correct permissions."

If you click into the error:  Error #13: File access mode invalid    SY_SalesTaxCalculation_bus.pvc

If you look at an existing PO first, and then hit # you get "Duplicate purchase order number"  but you can create a new PO by manually entering a new PO number.

Does this sound like a MAS issue or a network?
