Of course the service is running on another server. You have failed to answer the question, however.
I have seen that CS Workstation Activation message when trying to launch MAS from the ..MAS90\Home\Pvxwin32.exe located on the workstation (which in this case is the terminal server) and not the one on the Application Server (where the aforementioned service is actually running).

Per the SPM (Support Platform Matrix - partners.sagenorthamerica.com/.../SPM%20for%20Sage%20ERP%20MAS%20200%204.50.pdf), 2012 R2 is supported on 4.50.

OK well there is no error messages it simply does not open via remote app. it only presents the ProvideX windows.

Select Always use the following command-line arguments and enter the command line arguments below to the RemoteApp in RemoteApp properties, replacing server_name and server_port with the appropriate values for your environment.
