I would see about updating the driver. Is this a local printer or a network printer.

Stand alone machine - local printer.  Also NO PROBLEM WITH PRINTING EXCEL OR WORD

Hi, If its printing funny letters you most likely do not have the correct fonts used in the report and the font is  being substituted with another font.  Control Panel | Fonts,  check for Microsoft Sans Serif Regular.  Copy the font from a working system.

I had one printer a while back with a similar issue but it had the correct font on the computer.  I ended up having to change the font in the report for that printer to work properly.

Let me be little more specific:

1.  It is printing on the report  N

                                                    E

                                                    T

                                               this as two columns- all the way down

                                 Also after the report next two three pages just the NET ....at the top of the page

2.   THIS PRINTER PRINTING FINE  FROM ANOTHER MACHINE-SAGE 4.50 AND 5 (2013)

Problem is with the new machine and new installation.

I would look at the printer driver on the new machine. What is the OS?

Operating System is Window 7-Professional  with Service pack 1
