Parameters entered directly into a CR dialog should be in the report's Parameters listing.  (Objects in the report that look like {?parametername}...).

If you are talking about settings from a MAS dialog, used by the system to produce work table data, then those are not available unless they are in the work table, or passed into a formula field automatically... with a few exceptions (like company code, which can be retrieved using a specifically named blank formula field).

Look in the MAS_System folder for the following files:

SY_ReportOption

SY_ReportSelection

Specifically, use Data File Display and Maintenance to view the fields associated with your report setting.

I have successfully added this info to a report using a subreport.

Thanks I will take a look at adding the sub report and see if that gives me what I am looking for.  Really appreciate the feedback!!

Basically, you'll add a subreport to the report header if I recall.

I added the sub report but we have found that the SY_ReportSelection doesn't show the updated selection if you make a change to the parameters and just hit preview it pull the data correctly but the Old Parameters still show on the report, unless you hit the Save button first and then run the report.  Have you seen this happen at all with your reports?

Had a programmer create a line of code that runs the Save function when the print or preview is selected.  Resolved the issue.

I want to put the Sage Print Form Code on a report

For example, the form (PO in this case) has a Print Ext Item Desc check box [ ].

In the report, there are two formulas defined

1. PrintExtItmDesc    (expression  formula="")

The return value is True/False depending on whether the Print Ext Item Desc [ ] is checked

Another formula references the above formula definition PrintExtItmDesc as follows

Is the form code value available in the report?

How can I find out what other variables used in the Sage Form are delivered to
Crystal Reports as parameters or otherwise?
