F9 Non Financial Information

After upgrading to V4.3 (MAS90) and V4.5 (F9), non financial data now pulls accumulated balance data like a blance sheet balance. Prior, it simply pulled the transaction posting for the month. I remember reading something about this change/issue but cannot find anything on it in Boss.

Has anyone run across this issue and found a solution to just grabing the transaction difference for month rather than running balance on account. GLTRANS function does not appear to work.

For the period specifier, try this “Change Period 2,Change Period 3,Change Period 4” – (no spaces after the commas)

In F9 Company Setup on the Options Tab select Treat Non-Financial P/Ls as Transactional if you are using your Non-Financial accounts to correlate with Revenue/Expense items and not Balance Sheet items. Then you can use the same Period for both Financial and Non-Financial accounts.
