Show Bin Location in Sales Order Entry Sage ERP 100 2014

I added a UDF in Sales Order Detail for the Bin Location, but I cannot find out how to get the default value.

I know the data is stored in the IM_ItemWarehouse for that Warehouse/Item combination.

The client had the Bin Location when they were using Shipping data entry, but they do not want to use that anymore.

Not sure what you are asking. What would the default value be? Why don't they want to use the Bin Location anymore? What do they want to use?

They do not want to use Shipping Data entry, Just Sales Order Entry/ Invoice data entry. Sales Order entry does not currently show a Bin Location and they would like to see it on the panel.

You can use Custom Office to easily add the Bin Location field from IM_Warehouse to the grid in Sales Order Entry and in Sales Order Invoice Data Entry. Pretty simple. It would not show on the panel but in the line item primary or secondary grid.

The Bin Location is in the IM_ItemWarehouse, not the IM_Warehouse, and I did not see where I could default it from there.

You might have to write a script to look up and pull the value into a UDF whenever the ItemCode or WarehouseCode is updated.
