I am trying to import an updated price list from a single vendor, and want to import the primary vendor, as well as update bin locations. Using the VI price import job that was set up for us by our reseller, I tried adding the vendor, but got an error message that there was a missing vendor number in the APVendor Masterfile table. It is a vendor number that's in our system, so I'm not sure what I did wrong. Most of them did update but with invalid fields, i.e., the Primary Vendor
Also, there doesn't seem to be an option for importing a bin location, at least not in that job. Any ideas?
We are using Sage 100 4.5, although we plan to upgrade to 2014 as soon as we can get it scheduled. Will updating prices/info in that be any easier?
