Sage PDF Converter is not available

Hello Everyone :

My PDF Converter disappears from the printers list when I try to send the invoices using Customer maintenance in A/R module. I ran the "PL_AdvancedOptions_Ui" utility to test if my paperless is working properly, result OK. When I go to printer and Other devices in my computer, I can see the PDF Converter like part of the printer list. Any one have an Idea what might be happening ?

We are Running Sage 100 ERP

Are you trying to select the PDF Converter as the printer? Instead of doing that select one of the options under Paperless Office Output in the invoice printing window.

The PDF Converter was gone from the printers list on any window in MAS90 , I can choose like printer only in others applications.

It is not intuitive to me either, but toddrt is right. The Sage PDF Converter device will not show as an available printer in the drop down list of printers at the Invoice Print Dialog, but selecting the "PDF All" or some other option that includes PDFs will cause the PDF invoice to be generated when you click "Print".
