Correct, you are stuck with the screen as it.

Can these screen's be created from scratch? and connected to a custom report?  if so, How??

You could make a report from scratch with your own parameters and put it on the custom reports menu.

Note that if you add a UDF to the Works Table it will show up in the Selection area.

Did you create a different Crystal report, or just a new report setting?  (ie Saved STANDARD as HISTORY?)  If it is the latter, the settings you saved, sort by, and selections in the grid should be saved with the Report Setting.

is there a way to make a report in landscape view, I have too many fields and they wont fit using portrait style.

You can change that in the set up of the report. Printer setup or Page setup, I think.  But it won't move all the fields for you.

The Print came out in Landscape, but the Design View of CRXI only has 7.5 inches width to add fields still, can the design view be changed to 10.5 inches width

When you are in Design View, Click on File...Page Setup and select Landscape as your Orientation and the width will increase.
