Let's play ... "What's my Version?"

1 minute read time.

You've been there and so have I. You searched around and found the number to call, (By the way, you did know you could simply click on a link from the desktop to open a case on-line or start a chat session, right?  But I digress...) you found your customer id, and you got through the phone lines to speak with one of our highly skilled (and I mean that sincerely) customer support colleagues.  As you start the call, you need to supply some initial information.  What's one of the first questions they ask? "And which version of Sage 100 are you currently using?"

Panic ensues! What is the version?  Where do I find it?

I think I saw something flash across my screen when I opened Sage 100 today.  Is that what they want?  Or is it that other number?  You know, the hidden one buried behind the scenes somewhere. YIKES!! Cold sweat
