Navigate to your Community Hub profile:
Browse to the top right corner of the site and click on the round image of the avatar or photo, then choose the Profile option.
In your profile you can add the following items:
- Change your avatar/photo.
- Add your title.
- Choose your occupation.
- Identify the industry you are in.
- Provide your contact information.
- Select your Sage products.
- Enter your biography.
- Select your site language.
Settings
In your profile you can add the following items:
- Manage your email settings and subscriptions
- Update date and time settings
- Manage friend messaging
- View your chosen display name
- Request an export of data
Updating your Display Name
To change your display name, email the community team at [email protected]. Include your email, current display name, and your preferred new one. Provide at least one alternate version, as display names must be unique and your choice might be unavailable.
Adding a signature to your profile:
You can create your own personal signature that will be automatically included in posts you make. To create your own signature, click on the Profile icon in the navigation bar at the top of the page and choose “Settings”.
On the Options tab, scroll down to the “Signature” section.
You will have size, font, and color options as well as the option to add images, such as a company logo.
Be sure to click on the Save button when finished.
