Sage gives me an error when trying to start new year- tried restoring from backup and advanced data integrity check - says there is an error that can't be fixed

If you are using a current version of Sage 50, 2024.1 and have a service plan try calling Sage Support. It took me only 4 minutes waiting for Support yesterday.
