As we head into year-end, call volumes can sometimes be higher than normal to speak with one of our expert support analysts. Which is why, when hold times are longer than usual, Sage Business Care members will have their place held in line, without waiting on hold!

How does it work? If you are offered the “Courtesy Callback” option, your call will be returned to you based on the order in which it was received. This means you can get back to work while we hold your place in line for you in the phone queue!

Getting a callback is easy! All you have to do is put in your phone number when prompted and when your turn comes up, we automatically call you back.
